Attaching files
You can select up to five PDF, CSV, XLSX, JPG or PNG files (including photos from your phone camera), each no larger than 10 MB and no more than 25 MB combined. File selection and preliminary checks happen in this browser. Files are transmitted only when you press “Send enquiry”; they are then re-checked on the server and emailed to Rajkamal Metals, not stored on the website. You can remove a selected file or leave the page to discard it.
File types
PDFs may contain drawings. CSV and non-macro XLSX spreadsheets may contain material schedules or BOMs. Executables, scripts, general archives, macro-enabled workbooks and CAD formats are not accepted. Password-protected or damaged files cannot be read; please attach an unprotected copy or email it to us.
Authority and confidentiality
Confirm that you have authority to share each file for quotation review. Remove bank details, tax/KYC records, identity documents, signatures and unrelated customer information. Do not include secrets or third-party confidential material without permission.
How files are checked
Each file is checked in your browser and again on our server: file type, file signature, size limits, macro-free spreadsheets and plain-text CSV. Sending is rate-limited and protected against automated submissions. Accepted files are attached to one email to our sales inbox and are not kept on the website.
Data handling arrangements
The legal data controller, processors, storage region, retention schedule, rights contact and any international transfers are not yet confirmed. A local file check does not mean a file is safe or has been accepted by Rajkamal Metals.
